Disconnect Meta
- Sign in to app.ad.computer.
- Open Connections.
- Find the Meta identity you want to remove and choose Disconnect.
- Confirm the disconnection.
Ad Computer deletes the stored Meta access token, provider identity, and discovered ad-account access paths for that connection. Future Meta requests from Ad Computer will fail unless you authorize a new connection.
Revoke at Meta
You can also remove Ad Computer from the Business Integrations area of your Facebook account. Revoking access at Meta prevents the existing token from being used. Disconnect the identity in Ad Computer as well so its stored connection record is removed.
Other Ad Computer data
Disconnecting Meta does not delete your Ad Computer login or unrelated workspace records. To request deletion of your entire Ad Computer account, email bridger@wip.ac from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
